Rooted in Spring

Rooted in Spring is a 90-day container for women who lead full lives and want a grounded practice that fits real life.
We gather every other Sunday at 4pm and move through three phases: Ground, Strengthen, and Integrate. Over time, we build consistency, supportive strength, and steady presence.

Includes

  • Weekly grounding emails

  • 7 live zoom sessions integrating movement, breath and reflection

  • One optional in-person outdoor gathering
